Terms of Service

Welcome to GENUBRA PRISM ("PRISM", "we"), operated by Next Realm. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use PRISM.

The service

PRISM turns a single intent into a working web app or a 10-layer brand world, generated by AI and hosted live on Cloudflare. Generated output is real, self-contained code you can use and export.

Credits

Builds and refinements are metered in credits — a prepaid license to use the generation service. Credits are not money, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. They are consumed at the posted cost per action. If a build fails on our end, the credits for it are automatically returned.

Your content

You own what you create. You grant us the rights needed to generate, store, and serve your builds, and — only if you choose to Publish — to display them publicly in the Showcase. You are responsible for what you build and must hold the rights to anything you upload or generate.

Acceptable use

Don't use PRISM to create or host anything illegal, malicious, infringing, deceptive, or harassing, or anything that puts others at risk. We may remove builds or suspend accounts that violate this, at our discretion.

Data you put into PRISM

You are solely responsible for the data you enter, upload, generate, or collect through PRISM and the builds you make with it, and for having the rights and any consent required to use it. Do not use PRISM to collect, store, or process regulated or highly sensitive data, including: protected health information or anything subject to HIPAA; full payment-card numbers or other data subject to PCI-DSS; government identifiers such as Social Security, passport, or driver's-license numbers; financial-account credentials or passwords; biometric data; or the personal data of children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent where you operate). PRISM is not designed or authorized for these categories — we are not a HIPAA "business associate" and not a payment processor of record. If you choose to handle such data anyway, you do so entirely at your own risk, you are responsible for all resulting legal and compliance obligations, and you agree to indemnify and hold Next Realm and PRISM harmless from any claim arising out of it.

Hosting & availability

Free builds stay live for a window (currently 7 days) and then sleep unless kept alive on a paid plan. The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. See our Refund & Billing Policy for details.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service and all AI-generated output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that output is error-free, secure, or legally compliant. AI can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and verifying any generated app, code, content, or strategy before you rely on it, publish it, or use it for any business, financial, legal, medical, or safety-related decision. You use PRISM and its output at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Realm and PRISM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100. Some places don't allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this may not apply to you; where that's the case, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows. These limits are a fundamental basis of the bargain between us.
